JOB SUMMARY

 

Role Purpose:

  • Provides operational support to Directors and Managers
  • Focuses on a larger portfolio, managing accounts
  • Implements strategic plans

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Takes a consultative approach in identifying opportunities by working with segment/country pricing team to understand their business objectives and issues and formulates solutions to meet their needs
  • Discusses the price change requests with the segment pricing teams & provides more visibility to the approver
  • Defines and delivers the pricing strategy for [company name] by working closely with the segment pricing, formulates pricing logic, rules and controls that support the delivery of the strategy
  • Ensures that all aspects of pricing related to product development are fully supported during the development life cycle
  • Acts as a primary source for commercial expertise through an extensive understanding of [company name] products and telecom markets
  • Ensures all requirements for development/ enhancement of pricing tools are captured, understood, documented & implemented
  • To provide immediate pricing and financial modelling support in order to produce competitive tactical pricing. This includes contract extensions and renewals
